I grew up overweight, insecure, and constantly feeling like I wasn’t enough. After going through trauma, my relationship with food became chaotic, and swung between extremes, from anorexia to being overweight. There was no balance. But I chose to fight back.
I discovered strength through weight training. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I trained with purpose and found my “why”. In 2022, I stepped on stage for my first bodybuilding show. Since then, I’ve competed multiple times, each time standing taller and stronger than before.
In 2024, I became a certified personal trainer to help others who feel the way I once did. To remind you:
